Refund Policy

Tickets are fully refundable until September 1, 2026.

After that they're non-refundable, but you can transfer your spot to another reader up until October 1.

After October 1, 2026, we're fully locked in and everything is non-refundable.

Travel Planning

Please don't book any non-refundable travel until you receive our official go-ahead email, which we'll send the moment we reach 10 readers, by September 1 at the latest. If we don't reach 10 readers, everyone is refunded in full.

This is a reading retreat, and Quiet Reading Time is the heart of it. By purchasing a ticket, you're agreeing to be a great reader and to honor all Quiet Reading Time policies during the retreat. Respect and consideration for your fellow readers are highly valued and required in this setting.
